This gluten free flour blend is not for use in yeast breads. Use the all purpose gluten free flour in cakes, pies, muffins, scones, quick breads and cookies. Store flour in your refrigerator, or freezer.
- 1 cup of sorghum flour
- 1 cup of tapioca flour
- 1 cup of coconut flour (or almond flour)
- 1 cup of arrowroot
- 1 cup of white rice flour
- Mix together all flours
- Store in air tight container in fridge or freezer
